- Open the pouch and remove one cooling gel sheet.
- Remove transparent film from the back of the gel sheet.
- Clean the skin before applying the gel sheets.
- Place a gel sheet on the skin.
- Reseal the pouch to prevent remaining gel sheets from drying out by tightly folding the pouch twice.
